The pumpkin patch

Every year we go to the pumpkin patch to pick out the very best pumpkins that we can find and normally we go with our friends, Rich and Jackie. This year (2008) they were unable to make it so Brandon, the kids, and I all headed out. Instead of going to the big farm we normally go to we chose a smaller venue. It was great - the kids picked out pumpkins, we had yummy caramel corn, hot chocolates for the kids, and eggnog lattes for the adults. Mmmm good!! The kids also thought it was cool to stand nex to the sign so that they could see how tall they were. And in the bottom picture you can see how sunny it was because Nolan could barely even keep his eyes open - it was a beautiful day!
